What types of events can be hosted at the Tucker Civic Center?

We host a wide variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, banquets, galas, trade shows, expos, weddings, receptions, fundraisers, community events, concerts, and private celebrations.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

Capacity varies depending on the event space and room setup. Our events team can help determine the best venue configuration based on your guest count and event type.

Can I schedule a tour of the venue?

Yes! We encourage prospective clients to schedule a tour to explore our event spaces and discuss your event needs with our team.

How do I book an event?

Simply contact our team by phone, email, or submit a booking inquiry through our website. We'll guide you through availability, pricing, and the reservation process.

Is a deposit required?

We can place a hold for your event on our calendar at no charge; however, a deposit is required when signing your contract.  Our team will provide payment details and contract information during the booking process. 

Can I bring in my own caterer?

OVG maintains the exclusive rights to provide all food, beverages, and concession services. We do not allow outside caterers. Please refer to our catering menu !

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes! Complementary wi-fi is available throughout the venue for guests and event organizers.

Is audio-visual equipment available?

Yes, audiovisual equipment and services are available through our in-house AV team or you may bring in your own.

Can I decorate the event space?

Yes. Decorations are welcome, but certain restrictions may apply to protect the facility. Our Events Team will review decoration guidelines during the planning process.

Can you help with event planning?

Once your event is contracted, you will work with a dedicated event specialist to assist with venue logistics, room layouts, scheduling, and coordination throughout the planning process.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during peak event seasons.

What is included in my rental?

Generally, rentals include tables, chairs, linens, a stage/riser, podium and wired microphone. Décor is not included. Additional services may be available for an extra fee.
