Donald L. Tucker Civic Center Ticket Office

Located on the northwest side of the building off W. Pensacola Street, the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center's box office is your hub for purchasing tickets for all concerts, family shows, various other events and FSU Men’s Basketball. 

Hours of Operation 

• Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
• Box Office hours will vary on event days and certain holidays so please call 850-645-0747 for exact hours of operation. 

Purchase Tickets

• Tickets for concerts, family shows, other events and FSU Men’s Basketball can be purchased at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center Box Office, or at TuckerCivicCenter.com/tickets.
  • To purchase tickets for FSU Women’s Basketball please visit Seminoles.com.
• Accepted method of payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.
• Ticket prices, convenience fees, and any other fees associated with tickets are subject to change at any time.

Refund Policy

• There are NO ticket refunds or exchanges on any tickets purchased for a concert, family show or other event at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. In the event that a show is canceled, refunds will be automatically issued to the original point of purchase.

Ticketmaster: Buy or Sell Tickets

• Ticketmaster is the only verified fan-to-fan marketplace to buy and sell tickets to most events at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center.
• Your Ticketmaster ticket can be accessed via the Ticketmaster app or Ticketmaster.com on your mobile device.
  • The only authorized ticket sales agents for the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center events are the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center Box Office, Sales Department, and Ticketmaster.  Tickets purchased from any other source may be invalid.  The only authorized ticket resale service for the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center tickets is Ticketmaster.

Transfer Tickets

• Transfering tickets from one person to another has never been easer, with Ticketmaster’s in app transferability. With Ticket Transfer, you can transfer all or some of your tickets from one Ticketmaster account to another. It’s easy, safe and completely free. When you transfer tickets to another fan and they accept them, the recipient is issued a new barcode that only they can use. Creating and Managing a Ticketing Account

Will Call

• Tickets may be picked up at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center Box Office during any normal hours of operation. 
• Customer must present a valid photo ID in order to receive tickets. 

Children Ticketing

• Unless otherwise designated, if a child has celebrated their 2nd birthday they are required to have a paid ticket.

Accessible Seating

• The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center recognizes the need for accessible seating. Anyone in need of accessible seating may purchase tickets online at TuckerCivicCenter.com or call 850-645-0747 for assistance.

Ticket Scalpers

• The Tucker Center recommends guests check with the box office to see if valid tickets are still available for sale before purchasing tickets from scalpers. Tickets purchased from scalpers run the risk of being counterfeit or stolen and therefore may not be accepted for entry into the venue.
