Accessible Parking

Disabled parking is available in all lots surrounding the arena. A disabled parking permit is required for admittance into the disabled parking areas.

Accessible Seating

Disabled seating is located throughout the arena. ​Based on the event, there may be seats available on the floor level, main concourse level, or the upper level. Before purchasing tickets, please inform the ticket office of your need to sit in a disabled seat.

The Tallahassee International Airport is about 7 miles from the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center.

Alcohol Service Management/Policy

To purchase alcohol you must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid state-issued Driver’s License. ​Guests are not permitted to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages, nor are they permitted to leave the building with alcohol purchased inside the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. The Tucker Center reserves the right to deny entry to any guest that appears to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. An intoxicated guest may also be ejected from the venue if they are showing signs of impairment.

Assisted Walkers

A guest with an assisted walker may fold it up and store it by their seat as long as it does not block the aisles. If it does not fold up easily and can be placed under your seat, please take it to guest services outside section 101 to store for the time of the event. If you need assistance to your seat after that, someone at guest services will radio for assistance.   

Assistive Listening Devices

For guests that need audio assistance, please stop by Patron Services located on the West Concourse behind Section 101 to receive a device. ​You will need to provide a valid photo ID which will be kept by our staff until the device is returned at the end of the event.

Backstage Passes

Backstage passes are not available for purchase.

Bag Searches

All bags that are permitted inside the arena will be subject to a search by our Security team. ​Guests with prohibited items will be asked to return them to their vehicle prior to entering the arena.

Banners and Signs

Signs are allowed, however, the sign must not be offensive in any manner or oversized. ​The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center reserves the right to deny use of any sign at any time if it negatively impacts the enjoyment of another patron.This policy is subject to change pending tour request.

Binoculars

Binoculars are permitted.

Bottles and Containers

Guests are not permitted to bring outside bottles or containers inside the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center.

Box Office

The main box office is located on the Northwest side of the Arena. The box office sells tickets for Tucker Center Events and club seats for FSU Men's Basketball. ​Hours of operation are Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Camera Policy

Small non-professional cameras are allowed in the building for most events. Professional cameras can be classified as any camera with a detachable lens. Policy is subject to change per tour request.

In the rare event that an event must be cancelled or postponed, please visit the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center website at www.tuckerciviccenter.com for the most up-to-date information regarding your tickets.

Catering

Oak View Group and the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center have recently gone back in-house for all Food & Beverage needs! We are proud to offer a wide selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner and reception options for any size event here at the Tucker Center. The Spectra team has been hard at work changing, updating, and improving everything from popular menu items to the stands they are served in.

Charities

The Tucker Center plans at least one (1) charitable event each quarter. Past partnerships include: Canned Food Drive with Second Harvest of the Big Bend, donated items to the Children’s Home Society, provided blankets for the Senior Center, and donated tickets and meet and greets for FSU organizations, the United Way and various other organizations local to Tallahassee.

Child’s Ticket Policy

Children under the age of two (2) years are admitted free of charge for all events as long as they sit on a lap. The age limit is subject to change based on the show promoter’s request.

Clear Bag Policy

A Clear Bag Policy is in effect for FSU Men’s & Women’s Basketball games at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center.

Under this policy, each fan is allowed one clear bag (plus clutch or small purse) into FSU home athletic events that conform to the following restrictions:

  • CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC that are no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (readily available one-gallon, clear, re-sealable plastic storage bags meet the policy)
  • If a logo appears on the bag, it cannot be larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
  • Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, or approximately the size of a hand, with or without a strap are allowed.
  • Medically necessary items that are too large to fit into a clear bag within allowable dimensions can be brought in only after clearing a screening process.

The clear bag policy has been adopted to allow for a safer environment at Florida State home events and in keeping with increased security practices being implemented at venues around the country.

Concessions

The Tucker Center has an exclusive concessionaire and caterer with sole rights to all food and beverage requirements in the venue.

Credit Card Policy

The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center accepts Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay at all concession stands and portables.

Directions to Donald L. Tucker Civic Center

From I-10

Take Exit 203 and proceed SW on Thomasville Road (319) to South on Monroe Street (US 27).  Proceed south to Tennessee Street (US 90).  Turn right (west) on Tennessee Street.  Left on Bronough.  Right on Pensacola Street.  Tucker Civic Center will be on your left.

From Exit 196 on I-10

Proceed south (263 South) on Capital Circle. Turn left on Blountstown Hwy which turns into Pensacola Street. As you near the FSU football stadium, you will turn right on Stadium Drive. Follow Stadium Drive around to your left and then turn right on St. Augustine which turns into Madison. Tucker Civic Center will be on your left.     

From the South

Proceed north on Crawfordville Highway and veer left to Duval; turn left on Pensacola St.  Tucker Civic Center will be on your left.

From Perry

Proceed north on US 27 (Apalachee Parkway) until it ends at the Capitol Building.  Turn right on Monroe and take first left on Jefferson.  Jefferson turns in to Pensacola.  Tucker Civic Center will be on your left.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Points

The drop-off and pick-up point for an event at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center is the North Drive off of Pensacola St. and East Drive off of MLK Boulevard.

Elevator

The guest elevators are located at the NW Corner in the Suite entrance, NE Corner and the SE Corner.  Also, the guest elevator to access Level 1 (Expo Hall/Meeting Rooms) is located in the box office lobby.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, the Tucker Center staff will provide instructions and direct guests to the nearest emergency exit. Please follow the instructions of the staff and proceed in a calm and safe manner.

First Aid

In case of an emergency, the Tucker Center has a First Aid room located near the east concourse outside Section 113 and is staffed during events with qualified emergency medical technicians.

Food and Beverages Brought to Donald L. Tucker Civic Center

Guests may not bring food and/or beverages into the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. Guests may dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entering the facility. Guests with specific dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact TuckerCenter@fsu.edu.

General Admission

General Admission allows you to sit anywhere within the general admission area on a first come, first served basis. Under no circumstances are you allowed to save seats for guests that are not immediately present.

Group Tickets

The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center maintains a full-service group sales department that provides personal, one-on-one coordination of event outings for community and corporate groups, sporting events as well as annual touring shows or concerts. Lost and Found

During an arena event, Lost and Found is located at the Patron Services desk. See any staff member for assistance. After an event, please contact the FSU Police Department at

Medical Emergencies

Emergency Medical Technicians will be present for all events and can assist and treat most medical issues. If there is a need for transport, that will be coordinated by the medical team as well.

Merchandise

The Team Store, operated by the FSU Bookstore, is located on the NW Concourse for athletics events and commencements. Oak View Group handles merchandise for special events and concerts with locations on the NW Concourse and others as needed.

The selling or sampling of merchandise, food, beverage, tickets or other items on the property without written authorization by Donald L. Tucker Civic Center management is strictly prohibited.

Premium Seating

The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center at Florida State University offers a new dimension in business/client relations for Tallahassee. Our 34 Suites and 468 Club Seats are located mid-level and include their own private entrance and private concourse. All this with a vantage point that can put you within 19 rows of the Arena Floor. Prohibited Items

To help ensure your safety, the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center has strict security measures designed to help all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience while attending an event at the Tucker Center. Your safety is always our first concern.

The following items are not permitted at Donald L. Tucker Civic Center Events:

  • Cameras not meeting designated event standards
  • All flags and signs (with or without sticks or poles)
  • Alcohol or illegal drugs
  • Food or beverage from outside of the Tucker Center
  • Coolers or containers, including cans, cups, and bottles
  • Backpacks
  • Artificial noisemakers (whistles, bells, air horns, etc.)
  • Video equipment, tape recorders, cameras with lenses longer than 6"
  • Laser pointers
  • Laptops
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Skateboards
  • Beach balls or other airborne objects
  • Fireworks
  • Wrapped gifts
  • Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement officers

The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00AM to 5:00PM. The Box Office accepts VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and cash for Tucker Center and FSU Basketball events only. If you wish to purchase tickets to an event, you may do so in person at the Tucker Center Box Office or online at www.tuckerciviccenter.com.  NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.  ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.

Re-Entry Policy

The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center has a no re-entry policy.  If you enter the facility and then leave, you must have an unused ticket to enter the arena again.  For emergencies and special exceptions, please visit Guest Services located behind Section 101 on the main concourse.

Refunds or Exchanges

There are no ticket refunds or exchanges on any tickets purchased for a concert, family show, or other event at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. In the event that a show is canceled, refunds will be automatically issued to the original point of purchase.

Removal Policy

The Tucker Center reserves the right to remove any guest that is deemed disruptive and/or abusive to other guests, staff and players.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Tucker Center inclusive of E-Cigarettes. Smoking is permitted outside the south main concourse on the smoking terrace.

Spotlight Grille (Restaurant)

Spotlight Grille is located on the South end of the arena on the Club Level. The Grille features a variety of 'Action Stations' including Capital Carvery, Seminole Sauté, Market Fresh Greens, and Sakura Sushi. Food voucher tickets are $12 and can be purchased at the entrance to the Spotlight Grille.  The Grille is open during select events all season. 

Standing

Standing on seats or in aisles is not permitted in the Tucker Center. We ask that you are courteous to everyone around you.

Strollers

We do not encourage the use of strollers in the Tucker Center. However, we understand the need for them. Strollers that can be folded and placed under your seat are preferred. If they are too large or cannot be folded, guests must leave them in their vehicle or check them in at guest services outside section 101. They can be picked up at the end of the event or whenever you are ready to leave.

Tailgating is only permitted for select events.

Team Store

The Team Store is located on the NW concourse. Athletic merchandise and other fan favorites can be purchased there.

(Please note: Some events have additional restrictions on purchase and delivery of tickets.)

MOBILE TICKET: 

1. Open your Ticketmaster app.

2. Sign into your account.

3. Tap My Events and find your order.

4. Tap View Tickets to access your tickets.  We recommend adding your tickets to a digital wallet so that you'll always have your ticket on hand -- even withouth internet connection.

5. Present your tickets to get scanned for entry and you're in!    

 
 

WILL CALL: 

A government-issued ID which matches the name on the account and the credit card used for the purchase, are required to pick up your tickets.  Please note there are sometimes long lines for Will Call.  You may pick up your tickets at the box office Monday through Friday, 10:00AM-5:00PM.  Please note, some events have additional restrictions on picking up Will Call tickets.

 

Ticketing Information

Tickets purchased through phone and Internet are subject to additional service charges.

Anyone who exceeds the limit may have any or all of their order cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Ticket Scalping

Florida Law prohibits the reselling of tickets on Tucker Center Property.

Be prepared to show mobile ticket upon entry.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are permitted in the Tucker Center. They must be closed and placed under your seat.

Video and Audio Equipment Policy

Video and audio recording equipment is not permitted in the Tucker Center unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

Weapons

No weapons of any kind are permitted in the Tucker Center. This includes law enforcement officers attending an event as a guest.

Wheelchairs

The Tucker Center does not provide wheelchairs for personal use. Wheelchairs are available for transport only. Please see a Guest Services staff member for assistance.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the main box office on the NW side of the building and is open Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and normally one hour prior to the start of an event on Saturday and Sunday. Please be prepared to present a photo I.D. when picking up tickets.
